For the first time in my 25 years on this planet, I cast a vote for an elected official. It’s very sad - but couldn’t have came at a better time. Either way, I will have my part in history today. Either older than old John McCain will win or that other guy, whose name sounds like a dirty word.

After today I remembered why I didn’t vote - it makes people angry if you don’t vote for their candidate. I was pegged Continue reading »

It hurts when your team loses.

This is the first year I have had to pay for tickets - the past four years I spent gamedays walking on the sidelines for free - I felt pain when we lost - more or less upset - but it would go away by the next game.

This year is different. I bought season tickets (great tickets in the shade of the west endzone, love my seats) for the first time. Found a guy that was selling at the last minute (two days before kickoff) - was very excited, even after the heart breaking loss to Alabama in Atlanta. I had envisioned the team going 11-1. “Who is going to beat them?” - I thought Maryland would be a lock. I mean they did get beat by Middle Tennessee State - and we thumped them last year in College Park… boy was I wrong.

Disclaimer: I have no beef with any players Continue reading »

Go HERE and vote for the Clemson Band…

I am no longer part of Tiger Band but still pull for them to come through - even though you can’t hear the halftime show from the West Endzone - nor can you hear the songs in between plays because of the visiting band!

In other Clemson news…

Chansi Stuckey is Continue reading »

I am sick of the “Zombie Nation” to start kick off.

I am watching the opening play of the WVU vs. CU game over at channelsurfing and of course, the opening kick off song is Zombie Nation - it’s time for a new song - even in Tiger town.

I found out I am not good at betting. Thank God it’s not my money and it’s only pennies! Continue reading »

If you like betting, but don’t like losing your money - you have got to check out centsports.com.

You start out with .10 cents that they give you for clicking on an ad (believe me, its not a huge deal, I hate ads - its more or less just a small box with an ad in it) and that .10 cents is deposited into your account. You can only bet on a couple games to begin with, but the more you win, the more money you get, hence the more you can spread out over multiple games. Even if you lose the .10 cents they give you - you get the opportunity to look at another ad and get another .10 cents. Ok, so whats the big Continue reading »

Tonight the Gamecocks of South Carolina head over to Nashville to play the Commodores of Vanderbilt.

Remember, these are my “Bottom Two” on the right to chant the SEC during games. Neither school has ever won anything meaningful in their tenure with the SEC. But of course, Steve Spurrier “always” gives your team a chance when he is behind the playcalling. “Darth Visor at the Helm”
